Don’t Let a Midlife Crisis go to Waste

I help highly-motivated, middle-aged men define and create the next chapter of their lives by providing the space and accountability to quiet the excess noise and explore their true capabilities.

The weight of midlife is heavy

And for good reason. You have been in accumulation mode. Responsibility at work, more bills, relationships, kids, friends, hobbies…life is coming at you and all you can do is react.

More isn’t the answer

Unlike others, I do not believe that you can have it all. We are finite human beings and when we accumulate more for more’s sake, the weight becomes unbearable.

Now is the perfect time to move into curation mode. The perfect time to reflect on what has gotten you here and think about what you really want and to focus intensely on what truly matters.

From Midlife Crisis to Midlife Awakening

In this process you will shed some of the accumulated weight, or get stronger to better support it, or both.

I cannot promise you a specific result. But I can promise you that something significant will change for the better. This work can be messy. It can be painful. It can be difficult, and it often doesn’t move in a straight line.

But it is worth it.

So if you are ready, then let’s start.

What my Clients Have to Say

  • Dave has a unique ability to challenge while creating a space where I felt at ease. I have seen significant positive change in my life since we started working together. He helped me to gain clarity on what I want in my career and helped me to develop a plan to achieve it

    - Resort & Hospitality Executive

  • When I started working with Dave, I felt stuck, and it was clear my relationship with endurance sports was smothering my life. After a few months I feel free to finally live the life that had only existed as reels in my head for years.

    - Former Professional Athlete, Startup Executive

  • Dave offers a warm, professional, non-judgmental environment that helped me to enact significant changes to my business. The result has been 30% more revenue and a significantly improved quality of life. I would not have been nearly as confident in making this huge change without our working together.

    - Small Business Owner

About Me

I am a Co-Active trained professional coach, a father to three, and a husband to one residing in Boulder, CO.

Prior work took me everywhere from ski resorts to Wall St. to the Paris Airshow.

Most recently, I ran AIN Media Group, a 30 employee small business, and the leading B2B news and information source for the business aviation industry. During my tenure the company transformed from one reliant upon print advertising to a diversified mix of digital, print, and a new events business.

Outside of work and family I enjoy going slow uphill and fast downhill on bikes and skis. I write on occasion and am licensed, albeit rusty, private pilot with an instrument certification.
